Please make sure that you provide a valid email address when you process your payment. This email address will be used to send you payment processing notifications and your registration key. Allow reasonable time for processing: a couple hours for credit cards, up to 24 hours for eChecks, a few business days for checks and money orders.
If you have not received an email from us in the reasonable time after paying, please send us a message and we will be happy to assist.
Once you pay and your payment is successfully processed, we will send you an email with your registration key. To register using that key, open BriefClips and enter the key into the the registration screen (see picture below). When you enter the full key, the Register button will become enabled. Click it and BriefClips is registered!
