BriefClips does not need to be installed. It consists of one file - BriefClips.exe. Simply download it, save it to any directory you want, and run it.
End-User License Agreement
Trial period
The Software is available for a 30-day trial. During that time the Software will not be limited in its functionality. Software will display the Registration screen every time it is started until the User registers Software or the trial period ends. After the 30-day period, the Software will no longer perform without registration.
License Grants
• The license is granted to the Person who purchases the license from BriefSoft or an authorized affiliate. That Person may install and use the Software on no more than 3 of his/her computers.
License Restrictions
• You may not alter, merge, modify, adapt or translate the Software, or decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form. • You may not sell, rent or lease the Software. • You may not modify the Software or create derivative works based upon the Software. • You may not export the Software into any country prohibited by the United States Export Administration Act and the regulations thereunder.
Warranty Disclaimer
• THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS. Attention current users: the exe file name has been changed from briefclips30.exe to briefclips.exe. Please delete the old .exe file and update any shortcuts you may have created to point to the new file name.
